Reported Disadvantages

• Some users have complained that this juice extractor is somewhat loud while others agree it’s much better than the alternative despite the temporary noise factor. Also, most users suggested that by changing the speed appropriate from high to low will damping the noise level as well. • Other users have also complained that the filter basket would sometimes leak when converting large quantities of high water content fruits and vegetable such as watermelon and tomatoes. But this can be easily corrected by applying less pressure on the Food Pusher and changing to a slower speed.

• Although the Breville 800JEXL 1000 Watts Juicer isn’t a wheat grass juicer, it’s still capable of extracting juice from the wheat grass fiber and other leafy vegetables with some slight tweaking. However, some users complained that the extraction is significantly reduced with leafy vegetables. Breville recommended that for optimum juice yield, users should wrap the leafy vegetables into a ball and then juice.
